About

Bit Of Food, Lots of Taste.

A modern Lebanese and American kitchen serving fresh mezze, charcoal grills, burgers and manakish — plus professional catering for every occasion.

Our story

Bit Of Food began as a small family operation: one grill, a stack of family recipes, and a stubborn belief that good food does not need to be complicated or expensive.

As the neighbourhood grew, so did the menu. Guests asked for the burgers and tenders they loved, so we learned to cook those with the same discipline we give to kafta and tabbouleh. Two traditions, one kitchen, no shortcuts in either.

Everything is still prepared in-house each morning — the sauces, the marinades, the dough for our manakish. That is the part we will never change.

Mission

To serve honest, freshly prepared Lebanese and American food that families can afford to enjoy often — with service that makes every guest feel expected.

Vision

To become the kitchen our city turns to for both everyday meals and the occasions that matter, from a weekday breakfast to a wedding for four hundred.
